KVarPredDB contains information of ten keratin genes (K1, K2, K5, K6A, K6B, K9, K10, K14, K16 and K17) of both the type I and type II groups, which were reported to cause genodermatoses. We integrated and manually curated 400 pathogenic missense variants, and 4629 uncertain significance missense variants. KVarPredDB comprehensively provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface with analytical investigation for each variant from physico-chemical characteristics and protein structural viewpoints, which helps the users assess the pathogenic tendencies of each variant.
